I am currently only offering online sessions.
Whether you’re looking to address issues from the past, navigate a difficult change in your life, or decrease symptoms of anxiety or depression, Therapy is not a one size fits all model. Through a collaborative approach we can tailor a treatment plan that can help you to design the life that you want to live. Although we can’t change the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current obstacles in your life.
Therapy happens in a safe, warm and compassionate therapeutic environment. Sessions usually last between 50 and 55 minutes on a weekly or biweekly basis.
